I am an amateur photographer located in the greater Ottawa area. Photography has been a hobby in past years, and learning the basics on a fully manual 35mm camera was challenging, but also a lot of fun.
Now, armed with a new DSLR I have taken the hobby up again, and am learning new and exciting ways to capture great images. I like to challenge myself exploring the boundaries of my humble equipment,and integrating interesting compositions and lighting.
Currently I have not specialized in any area of photography. I enjoy landscapes as much as portraiture, astrophotography as much as studio shoots. Most recently I have started experimentation with HDR (High Dynamic Range) photography.
