Just want to say how pleasantly surprised we were to a) receive our frames in SUCH a prompt amount of time & b) to receive such great-looking frames!!!! We live in Dawson City & have no framing shops here. The closest one is in Whitehorse about 550km away. I received the four linen liners I ordered a few weeks ago. Thank you. They were just as I had asked for and shipped in a timely fashion. Only one issue - LL487 - White with Gold Lip - there was some damage to the frame (small nick in the white part as well as the gold) that was repaired. I was somewhat disappointed with that as I expected to see flawless work. This will show. I will not be sending it back but just wanted to let you know that professionalism is important. I can send a photo if you need to see it. KeenART: We will send a replacemnt.
