I recently worked with Diana to have a word cloud created and it was my first ever experience at this. Diana was very patient and helpful and came through with a truly great result. She was very resourceful and helped me get to a great word cloud

Thanks. I finally have it and it is just what I needed to complement a colorful painting. It is well made and came with all I needed to properly mount the painting right down to the two plastic "bumpers" to help keep it straight. it arrived in perfect condition.

The canvas was good but there was no note delivered with it as I had requested. The receiver did not know who it was from. Otherwise the service was good.

Received the frame - three points for your information.
This took 2.5 weeks to receive - in my opinion that is too long unless you indicate as such on the order
the mounting screw heads are much much too small - I have many tools - none fit your Robertson tiny heads - had to go to home depot and picked up 4x3/8 wood screws that finally worked
the mounting flanges didn't fit my frame - I had to bend them to fit - not easily done - required my vice and heavy needle nosed pliers - my print was from Walmart and so I suspect they cheaped out on the thickness of the wood in the print - but I should have been able to adapt the mounting flanges more easily
Other than that the frame looks good and works
