Wasn\'t sure if I would be getting the proper attention as a \'regular\' customer, as I was using the LivingSocial coupon, but turns out that there was nothing to fear. My questions (sent in by email) were answered promptly and informatively. Ordering on-line was straight forward. Got a very friendly phone call to follow up on payment. Turn around time and deliver was amazingly quick. And to top it off, I am blown away at the final product. I absolutely love it! Quality is a bit questionable - didn\'t even come with a stand to put it on the table even though it\'s a very small frame. I had to use tape to attach the back - not even any clips!! Glass would be better than plexiglass. Also the shipping charge of $19 is so high for such a small item.
