Kata, 		Not Happy...
The instructions and feedback messages would have to be a bit more friendly. There was no way of knowing if the order had been sent or received by you. Because of that I re-ordered and should not have. The picture arrived with the mounting hook on the wrong end. If I use the mounting hook then the picture is upside down. Other than that the framing and photo is very good.

Very Fast turnaround on my frame and free shipping is a plus.Unfortunately the frame was oversized so my canvas is a sloppy fit. Over 1/8\" gap between canvas and the rabbet inside the back of the floater frame can be seen. Next time I guess I need to take 1/8\" of my canvas measurement.

I wanted a large photo print as a gift to my wife. The idea came to me late in the game so I hunted locally and on the internet to determine who could produce a large 60 X 40 inch print and if I could get it fast. My wife opened it on her birthday and the photo brought tears of joy to her eyes. Unfortunately, the frame and print had been damaged in shipping. I contacted Reza at KeenART and informed her of the problem. KeenART promptly created another print and shipped it immediately. It arrived in perfect condition. I would not hesitate to recommend this business to my friends and family.
