Just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the floating frame I ordered. It is beautifully made and the quality is outstanding. It was also received incredibly fast, especially considering it was \"custom\" sized to my exact specifications. And finally, I had an immediate change of mind on my order after placing it, and called the next day to see if I could alter it. This request was granted without hesitation. I received your email stating to review and contact you if we had any changes.
I did that plus left a VM with my order number to advise that I wanted to change the color of the frame.
Not only did I not get a call or email back, you shipped the order after you asked me if the order needed to be modified.
Not good service.
What\'s the point of asking if you aren\'t going to respond.
